  36.     4.  PC-SIG Product Users may not download files and/or programs from a
  37.         PC-SIG diskette or The Essential Home & Business Collection
  38.         CD-ROM Disk with the intent to sell the copy.  Downloading is
  39.         defined as the process of copying or duplicating a PC-SIG
  40.         Library diskette or The Essential Home & Business Collection CD-ROM Disk onto other
  41.         media, including, but not limited to, diskettes, hard drives,
  42.         magnetic tape or optical disk, for the intentional or
  43.         unintentional purposes of sales, distribution or financial gain.
  44.         The Product User cannot side-step the issue of a sale by
  45.         claiming that they have only charged for consulting time, the
  46.         cost of the diskette, or for labor charges only.
